How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. We accept multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once the order has been processed for shipment, modifications may not be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across India. A nominal fee of ₹50 may apply for orders below ₹999. COD orders are subject to address verification and may be limited for high-value items.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders within 5-7 business days. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost. International orders take 12-18 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below that amount, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns are accepted for size issues, damaged items, or if you're not satisfied. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. For lehengas and sarees, we also provide custom sizing options. If you're unsure, our team can help — just send us your height, bust, waist, and hip measurements via our contact form.
Do you offer custom stitching or alterations?
Absolutely! We offer custom stitching for lehengas, blouses, and salwar suits. You can select the "Custom Size" option on the product page and provide your measurements. Custom orders typically take 12-15 business days and cannot be returned unless there's a stitching defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping takes 12-18 business days. Shipping charges vary by destination and order weight. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country's policies, and these are the buyer's responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page using your order ID.
